3. Risk management

A. Identification, Evaluation, and Prioritization: We identify and map risks across various typologies, including Business Risk, Operational Risk, Community Relationship Risk, Security Risk, Sociopolitical Risk, and Project Risk. Our process involves evaluating exposure levels, prioritizing risks, and defining a roadmap for effective risk management.

B. Scenario Simulation and Monetization: Utilizing Monte Carlo modeling, we conduct risk analysis and facilitate scenario simulations to aid decision-making. This analysis can be performed retrospectively or prospectively, enabling the calculation of contingency reserves and quantification of inherent and residual risks

5. Social and Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA)

A. Comprehensive Evaluation of Social and Environmental Impacts: Our methodology conducts a thorough analysis of social and environmental impacts, addressing complexities that may be challenging to identify. We adhere to the normative parameters of each country, integrating a methodology to assess cumulative impacts. Evaluated impacts may encompass cultural, economic, social, or human rights domains.

B. Differential Approach Integration: Aluna's methodology enables the segmentation of issues using distinct ethnic criteria and seamlessly integrates with prior consultations and risk assessments.

C. Impact Mitigation Measures Management: Data is transferred to dashboards to maintain impact baselines. This process facilitates the design of avoidance, mitigation, and/or compensation measures, which can be monitored and evaluated to ensure traceability in due diligence regarding impacts. Human rights are integrated across the entire process.

A. Measuring the impact of social investments made: With or without baseline, to determine the value created in the ecosystem across diverse socio-economic and cultural structures.

B. Monetizing the value created in the ecosystem: Implementing the SROI-Ecosystem methodology, suitable by Aluna®, which allows calculating the economic and social value attributable to the company due to its social investments made.

C. Monetizing the value created for the business: Implementing the SROI-Business methodology, suitable by Aluna®, which allows calculating the economic value achieved by the company due to social investment. This economic value is calculated in scenarios of risks materialized by the effect - or not - of said social investment.
